Data in Motion is a technology company based out of Boston, Massachusetts. The company was started in 2021 by a group of like-minded technologists and data experts who have deep expertise in health-tech, fin-tech and developing enterprise products.

We have a combined experience of over 60 years between us. Our founding partners have – over the last 25 years – hands on experience in building data automation tools for Healthcare and Financial businesses. In 2021, they came together and started working on building an innovative ETL tool

To better serve our customers, we use a 6D approach at Data in Motion. This framework was developed by our CEO to build a desired and scalable solution. It uses Design Thinking principles which we strongly believe in.

DISCOVER
  • Understand the business requirements working closely with SME.
  • Keep client front and center to understand their needs.
DEFINE
  • Define user needs and solidify features.
  • Define the definition of “done”.
DESIGN
  • Finalize underlying architecture.
  • Finalize prototype (mock-up).
DEVELOP
  • Build a solution based on approval from Design phase.
DEBUG
  • Perform thorough quality checks and make sure solution is production ready.
DELIVER
  • Release the solution to production.
  • Provide necessary training if required.
